Your Age is too young for diabetes seriously .. 

the only beverage u shuld be consuming from now on is H2O onlyyyy. No human made sugar foods say a big bye to choclate cookies ice creams cakes permanently. No alchol u have to stop drinking it or reduce it to two times a month. LESS CARBS more carbs means concersion of more sugar will stay in ur system 

 

coffee tea no sugarr add one splenda but no more ..chapathi no oil dont eat more than 2 in night and switch to raagi jonna rotta instead of gluten chapathi.

control ur carbs and exercise machaaa u have to hit gym now and avaoid all sugar beverages. 

 

I KNOW ITS HARD FROM EXPERIENCE :((( but im young and healthy and making every effort to stay there and my doc warned me of problems if i dont control my carb intake (im a foodie)

 

do these u will see amazing results. Then treat urself with some biryani once a month🤣

don't worry...plan properly you can become healthy...last time ee db lo @Amrita was saying she came out of medication with workouts or some procedure....take tips from her....

U might have fatty liver disease.. If liver screws up, then pancreas also.hence high blood sugar. No worries..

Reduce ur weight.

Start keto diet.

No rice, No wheat, No milk,  No sugar..

u will b fine in 3 months.. 

life long eat low carb food..

im following Dr. Jason Fung's lectures on youtbe... they are an eye opener... he clearly explains what is diabetes and how the whole medical mafia "treats" it by keeping their customer count intact...

there is no diet changes...in fact..i am eating all kind of foods..and even alcohol..too...

 

just running (30-40 mins every day)....its flushing everything...

Cut the carbs and go on protein diet and work out Chey dude... three months lo set avuthav.... strict have follow avvu diet and walk 30 mins after every meal...
