Dont discourage anyone like that unless you are not in their shoes. Aa bokkalo engineer role lo linux lo grep command kuda teliyani vallu millionares ayyaru. 

So success doesnt have to with talent. If his interest is business let it be. 

Business is best anyday, better be your own master of your fate rather than working under someone like an underdog.

prathi issue ki 3 days istunaaru. May be 1 hour issue or may be 1 day issue or more chaala rare cases lo 3 days padtadi

As a contractor you should be ready for any sh!t that spills on you.
