what's the relation at all - still that depends on nature of work!!

Probably it would be easier if the capital is somewhere around middle of the state? That way, state lo ee place nundi vellali anna it will be equal to all?

Agreed - I am not in favor of Vizag/Kurnool or any other city !!

when you are building a new capital city, I wish they could identify the backward areas and choose the best out of it!! this way, aa areas automatic ga develop ayithaayi and lands kuda cheap ga vuntaayi for govt to buy when u compare to big cities.
