Not sure how the taxes are shared , police will not be in the hands of govt ani vinna

state has more rights atleast on paper.

If police is not in state gov control adhi okkate chaalemo? Kejri gaadu chiththa sudhdhi tho pani cheyalsosthandhi as he cannot do dhamkees or other settlements with the help of police.
