No rules are framed neither any time line is set, no directives are given...NRC would be implemented nation wide later but Amit Shah never said they are gonna do it right away...

NRC rules are already framed in the year 2003, there is no need of new rules, just add newly amended act CAA to that.      

The difference between Assam and Nation wide NRC implementation 

Assam lo every individual file an application to prove their NRC but now from Apr 2nd Govt 3rd grade officials visiting every home to gather  individuals personal info
