apartments hardly 20% to 30% appreciate avthayi that too good community lo ayithe in 5 to 10 yrs. And that appreciation is not even on par with inflation 

 

ORR ki 5 kms lopala reliable HMDA layouts lo konu bro and ask u r parents, brother/sister, BILs to visit once in a while like atleast once in a month or a couple of months. Or better invest along with u r close friends in India in case if you are abroad.
