That is not true. Vizag was too remote and areas like ongole.and kurnool didn't have water. You won't get projects without water and transportation.

 

For vizag you need lot of land pooling too, especially the land that is rich in natural resources 

If that was real intention, government should have either moved capital completely to donakonda or 

Completely to ongole where least amount of land pooling is required.

 

And prakasam jilla is always behind when it comes to investment and devlopment.

Vizag already have industrial hubs and defence hub , atleast ongole or donakonda select chesunte it could have been very justifiable 

For not the least anantapur is real good place to start the capital as it is very close to Banglore and getting companies move there is very easy..
