In India, despite having about ~50% of educated youth being women, they only constitute <20% of the workforce. Why do you think so?

I have never seen Indian Oc women work as hair cutters, truck drivers, Taxi drivers, even restaurant servers and waiters in most Indian cities. They only work in cushy desk jobs or happily stay at home.
