Now, all eyes are on Visakhapatnam, which is all set to become the executive capital of Andhra Pradesh. Naturally, all the big companies are going to make a beeline to this port city for setting up major projects.

In fact, Visakhapatnam is the only city in Andhra Pradesh that has a cosmopolitan culture and has all the attributes of a capital city, after Hyderabad.

For its own reasons, the previous Telugu Desam Party government led by N Chandrababu Naidu had chosen Amaravati as the state capital, though neither Krishna and Guntur districts have any cosmopolitan culture.

With YSR Congress party government headed by chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy deciding to make Visakhapatnam as the executive capital, the focus has now shifted to this port city.

 

 

Similarly, popular music director S S Thaman also bought a piece of prime land at Bhimili area in Visakhapatnam. Since it is going to become a capital city, Thaman is getting ready to build his own studio there. He already as his own studios in Chennai and Mumbai. Now, Bhimili studio would be his third one.

 

 

Daggubati Ramanaidu family already has a studio on the beach road. So, it is only a matter of time that more and more celebrities would shift their bases to Visakhapatnam shortly!
