If u feel hungry, have some carrots n cucumber 

 

Empty stomach meeda tea and coffee not good man. It will lead to acidity or ulcers....don't drink too much of tea

Just eat whatever you eat and do intermittent fasting (eat with in 8 hour window and don't eat in a 16 hour window)
