neeku oka secret cheppala....any water in US is not good for hair and skin ....water in US is chemically purified ...bottled water is also not good

aa water use chesina poye juttu pothaane untadi ....Hyd water is good for hair and skin because they don't have enough budget to chemically purify water there like in US.

regular ga exercise cheyyali along with proper diet...

Hair density will reduce with age whatever you do...
