ఆంధ్రా పొడవునా సముద్రం వుంది కాబట్టి, అసెంబ్లీ మరియు ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు ఒక రెండు పెద్ద టైటానిక్ లాంటి cruise షిప్స్లో పెట్టి శ్రీకాకుళం నుంచి నెల్లూరు/sriharikota  వరకు నెలకు ఒకసారి అటూ ఇటూ తిప్పితే, రాజధాని అందరి దగ్గరకూ వచ్చినట్టుంది ప్లస్ ఒక ఫ్లోటింగ్ కాపిటల్గా ప్రపంచంలో గుర్తింపు వస్తుంది. ఎవరి భూములూ, రియల్ ఎస్టేట్లు అవసరం లేదు.
