Telangana Finance Minister Harish Rao has made crucial comments about political situation in Andhra Pradesh and how it in turn helping Hyderabad real estate market grow.  Harish Rao, who attended as the guest at Credai Realty Awards for Telangana, said Hyderabad real-estate market is thriving although the real-estate markets across the nation have crashed. 

Harish Rao reasoned that the situations across the country are the reason for crash of the respective markets. He said the stable government, good governance, good law and order situation are only a few reasons for the booming real estate market. Harish Rao further made crucial comments as he raised the topic of Andhra Pradesh and its situation.

Commenting that the situation of AP for the last couple of days where the dilemma over AP capital exist and reports of shifting capital from Amaravati to Vizag, Harish Rao said these are indeed helping Hyderabad real-estate market.
