No not just US, anywhere from india beggers to US homeless people. Lots of people need help but we are not ambanis to be able to help all so manaki tochinantha ivvali and yes india lo help is needed more thats why when i go to india im planning to do annadhanam and money help to beggers who cannot afford even one meal a day.
