why can't gov't make that land as farming land again? even it is ridiculously  expensive . 

Govt can make those lands cultivatable and then mark borders for each farmers land. 

 

Collapse all buildings like VIT and other institutions, Temporary secretariat, High Court building, all housing projects, roads, bridges, ... and then get fertile soil for the first 12 foot from ground  to roll back all the changes.

what are those terms and conditions ? what are the consequences ? why farmers are not taking gov't to high court ? chamba should do this no

farmers got royally frocked I totally agree it. unfortunately they were forced to give land . Protests don't do sheet. ( people forget after 2 days or jaffa will create distractions) 

chamba should spearhead this cause and sue the gov't , this is great opportunity .
