Interships chala unatayi man , CTP , OPT are supposed to be used for these trainings and internships , chala companies are ok with these CPT , OPT , of course some of them may or may not sponsor eh okati , but it will give the student a couple of years to learn something and then get a FT or a real exp job wih eh okati sponsorship , its not easy as you mentioned but most people opt for the easy route
