Jagan should had showed 33000 acres of government land in the center of the state with water facility .... He couldn’t .... 

Basically Jagan never expected CBN can pool 33000 acres of land. He thought it’s nearly impossible. But when CBN made it possible and also when the National and international universities Started to add this in their course as a case study Jagan had nothing to say expect that 33000 acres should be government land. 
 

Ask Jagan to take this a challenge and now pool 33000 acres land in Andhra Pradesh and prove his capability
