karmarababu Posted January 7, 2020 Report Posted January 7, 2020 I applied for H1B extnesion bcoz my visa and I-94 expiring on Jan 30 2020. and what If I file H1B Trasnfer with new employer after my i-94 expiry on Jan 30,2020? is it ok to file for H1B Transfer while the H1B extension with my current employer is in progress after Jan 30?
