If his spouse is born in USA or any other country (except India, china, etc) I believe he should be eligible for filing for I-485. Check with Attorney once. LTT for Experts. Quote

Not possible.. first of all wife should be the main petitioner man.. if the wife is a US citizen, you cannot use her in your I-140... only option is change of status... Quote
