The Justice Department recommended on Tuesday that the former Trump adviser face a longer prison sentence after Flynn accused the government of misconduct in the investigation that led to his conviction for lying to the FBI. The government initially recommended a lenient sentence on the lower end of the guidelines because of Flynn's initial cooperation.
