Does factory warranty cover break pads and rotors

wear and tear , i dont think so 

Pads definitely not

can you tell us your mileage and how new the car is ?

 As a general rule, break pads should be replaced every 10,000-20,000 miles, while rotors should usually be replaced every 50,000-70,000 miles.
