Texas has Austin as capital and supreme court bench and Houston and Dallas are huge business centers. Newyork has 62 courts in their 62 counties that form their supreme court? NY state capital is Albany a place many have not even heard of. NYC is huge on the financial part. I need not specify that again. California sacramento, LA, SFo..do you need more examples? Germany's capital is Berlin and its supreme court is in Karlsruhe. Netherlands capital is Amsterdam, but its executive branch and supreme court are in Hague. There are several examples like that.
