i eat almost every day man 

chicken/fish/shrimp - eggs

beef/turkey/pepporoni some times

Body gets adjusted to non veg. Why worry

I consume a lot of protein but most of it is milk protein. I workout like crazy though and my body needs it. 
 

very less fatty food though.

Before I worked with mice, I didn't know why I was a vegetarian. After I worked with mice, I know why I am a vegetarian. Meat is gross.
