* ప్రతి ఉద్యోగికి విశాఖపట్నంలో 200 చదరపు గజాల స్థలం  తక్కువ ధరకే ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.

* ఈ స్థలాలకు ఉడా అనుమతులుంటాయి. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ కోసం ఎలాంటి ఫీజు చెల్లించకుండానే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేస్తారు.

* ప్రతి ఉద్యోగికి ఇల్లు కట్టుకోవడం కోసం హౌస్ బిల్డింగ్ అలవెన్స్ రూ. 25 లక్షలు ఇస్తారు.

* ఉద్యోగులకు అమరావతిలో ఇస్తున్నట్లుగానే 30 శాతం ఇంటద్దె భత్యం ఇస్తూ విశాఖలో జీవన వ్యయం అధికం కాబట్టి అదనంగా మరో 10 శాతం కూడా ఇవ్వబోతున్నారు.

* తమకిచ్చిన స్థలాల్లో ఇళ్లు కట్టుకునేవరకు వారికి నామమాత్ర అద్దెలకు ఇల్లు దొరికేలా చేస్తారు. అవివాహితులైతే అద్దె లేకుండా.. సాధారణ ఉద్యోగులకు రూ. 4 వేల అద్దెకు డబుల్ బెడ్ రూం ఇల్లు.. అదికారుల స్థాయి వారికి రూ. 6 వేల అద్దెకు ఇల్లు ఇస్తారు.

* ఇక అమరావతి నుంచి విశాఖకు మారుతున్నందుకు ట్రాన్స్ పోర్టు చార్జీలు కూడా భారీగా చెల్లిస్తారట. ఇవి రూ. 50 వేల నుంచి రూ. లక్ష వరకు ఉంటాయి.

* మరో మూడేళ్ల వరకు వారానికి అయిదు రోజుల పని దినాలే ఉంటాయి.

* స్వస్థలాలకు వెళ్లేందుకు రాయితీపై ఆర్టీసీ బస్ పాసులిస్తారు.

* హైదరాబాద్ - విశాఖ మధ్య ఉద్యోగుల కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా సూపర్ ఫాస్ట్ రైళ్లు నడుపుతారు.

* డీఏ బకాయిలుంటే చెల్లించేస్తారు. కొత్త పీఆర్సీ ప్రకటిస్తారు.

* ఉద్యోగుల పిల్లలకు విశాఖలో ఏ స్కూల్లో కావాలంటే ఆ స్కూల్లో సీటు దక్కేలా చేస్తారు.

* క్యాంటీన్ -  వైద్య సదుపాయాలు కల్పిస్తారు

Nice move by govt. Appreciate for taking such measures. Hope govt will give good compensation to Amaravathi farmers too

In 2024 you can keep vizag land and you will get double the size of land in amaravati and we will take care of moving all the stuff antaru tdp vallu ..
