Oka greenfield capital ani experiement chesinaru...first time in India on this scale...

unfortunately because of financial constraint, it did not worked out...land values cannot propel growth for ever, not even in initial stages..

3-4 years time and Amaravati ended up no where...honestly cheptunna kada, its better to cut down the size of amaravti and restrict to smaller area with non important state functionaries and ancillary services...make it habitable for 5 lakh people first, then keep on adding things...at least retired people, rich and powerful and elite people aina vundadam start pedutaru, slowly services will grow..

but for now, Its better to stop concentrating on Amaravati...AP is losing out a lot. Already deep mess lo vundi, proposed projects start aye situations lo levu, pending projects complete aye suchanalu kuda levu...alanti stage la Amaravati mida invest cheyadam will end up eroding everything at the expense of other districts welfare..
