No, rebuild is only for vehicles where insurance write off your vehicle when your repairs exceeds 80% value of your car  so the insurance will declare your vehicle as total loss. They sell him them as salvage title in auction. or you can buy it back from them too.

You have to fix the vehicle and get it inspected by DMV to run again on roads.

No salvage antey different bro - it’s almost u cannot use ani.

Ee 2 categories kindha raadhu.. just claim & repairs vunrundhi car history lo anthey. 
 

for dents, nothing to worry much abt depreciation. It’s very common..

If your car is totaled by insurance and if you decide to keep your car instead of giving to insurance, they will pay you the amount of your car- salvage costs. You would have to get a salvage title for that car. Mee insurance money ichinappudu total chestham annara? I guess no right?

Nee Car entha value chestondi aa time lo... incident ayyaka entha claim chesavu entha  vachindi adi nee car value lo 80% datinda .. unte Salvaged ledante nope... also some time the Insurance company will take your car they wont give it to you....
