Foreign born high school kids unna parents ki real value telustadi - instate tuition, scholarships eligibility etc is real life changer kada. I know someone whose daughter went to  China even though she got admissions but they could not afford international (out of state) tuition in college. She is a mature and sensible kid and parents also mentally prepared. Now the parents are planning something similar for 2nd kid and they are relocating to India after the 2nd kid goes to college. Manchi full time jobs, very nice people, super smart kids etc. They are handling the issue with grace even though it is messy.
