H1B Transfer

Hi Guys,

I am transferring my H1b (desi mestri) Found a job with 2 layers in between. Should i be Expecting an RFE due to this. How much time is normal H1B processing taking these days?My last day for H1b Present Full Time (they are not going to continue due to issues) is Jan 31 so making the move.

Documentation correct ga unte more chances to get it approved with out rfe...Did you get speciality occupation query before ?
