Its only during college level OCI kids may be charged NRI fees and even this varies from college to college. So dont believe all rumours and enjoy in India. Ofcourse if you are planning to join your kids in International school then school fees are ofcourse high else regular CBSE schools OCI kids are treated on par with Indian kids with regards to fees structure. But if r kid is infant or less than 5 yr old, If you want go for OCI card india for some reasons, whenever possible for you call FRRO office once you reach India. Get a copy of Birth certificate Apostille, check with UPS notary guy, he'll guide you. Quote
