Is it a policy failure or political failure or is that what the people of AP are least interested in ? These failures have happened because people are least interested in such stuff, Why are you so ashamed to face this fact ? Are these not facts ? Are these not part of recorded history ? But what has happened? Moved overnight and shifted the base...
