long story short. he is a lecturer in engineering college.  It is in town where there are few other engineering colleges but all colleges same situation , same pay..

problem entante.. engineering college has not paid his salary for 5 months now.  Gattiga adigithe why no salary ante government is not giving fee reimbursement money.. college run cheyataniki  1.5 crore financiers deggara techi nadipistunnam.. vaddi chala avtundhi..

 

so he is a purely academic lecturer.. mtech chesadu.. what other options he have ? IT ki move avvalante what stream easy ?. papam he has family and small kid. wife is housewife... even 40k job is ok for him. He is purely electronics professor. 

he is very honest person.. in case you need a man to run your business he is very trust worthy man... with no bad habits and secondary avagations.

I have another friend in the same situation, he is professor too.. but his college is relatively doing somewhat  better and he has farm lands to cover up … but this guy has nothing .. no farm no salary … I am sure he made debt lot of it.

college is not allowing him to do coaching and other secondary jobs either.

 

Dude temporarily tuitions cheppukovachu ga 6-10th class vallaki maths, science etc.

Tuitions to  vachina income to schools pettina vallu kuda unnaru. 

Meanwhile as @riashli suggested apply chestu undamanandi.
