ఈ ప‌రిణామాల్లో వైసీపీ ముఖ్య నేత‌లు మండ‌లి గ్యాల‌రీల్లో క‌నిపించ‌డం గ‌మ‌నార్హం. వి.విజ‌య‌సాయి రెడ్డి, వైవీ సుబ్బారెడ్డిలు శాస‌న‌మండ‌లి వీఐపీ గ్యాల‌రీల్లో ఉన్నారు. ఇంత‌లోనే తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీకి ఎమ్మెల్సీ డొక్కా మాణిక్య వ‌ర‌ప్ర‌సాద్ రాజీనామా చేసిన‌ట్టుగా ప్ర‌క‌ట‌న వ‌స్తోంది. ఆయ‌న ఎమ్మెల్సీ ప‌ద‌వికి కూడా రాజీనామా చేసిన‌ట్టుగా స‌మాచారం.

Council doesn't hold much weight like rajya sabha, iam not sure if passing bill in it is compulsory. Council was completely scrapped once earlier before 2004 by nakka once. It's just a naam k vaste thing.
