Leaked documents, shared by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) and news outlets from 20 countries, report that Isabel dos Santos "exploited family ties, shell companies and inside deals to build an empire." She denies all allegations of wrongdoing. Dos Santos' father, José Eduardo, was president of Angola from 1979 to 2017.
