Buy -> if you already dont ahve a house to go and spend time with family, or ur family doesnt own a house there..e rendu scenarios lo and nuvvu future lo India lo settle ayye chances unnai anukunte.. If buying buy plot or house no flats... plots hyd area lo kashtame, illu vetukovali...flats are waste of money even if planning to settle in India... areas now, i dont know about North Hyderabad, but south lo aite LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, BN reddy are booming...
