The robot, called Vyomamitra, by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is part of two unmanned missions in December 2020 and June 2021, ahead of the country's first human spaceflight. India’s maiden human spaceflight, Gaganyaan, is scheduled for December 2021.
