Wuhan, where the deadly virus originated, has temporarily closed all outbound public transportation, flights and trains in an attempt to limit the spread of the pneumonia-like coronavirus. The outbreak has killed an estimated seven people and sickened more than 500 patients. The World Health Organization declined to make a decision regarding whether the mysterious disease is an international emergency.
