I dont care what this video is saying ...  Firstly you need to know this capital and CRDA is part of Re-Organisationbill at the time of state divison , which was approved by parliament .. So as per you, even if YCP get all the MLCs they need to pass this some how.. Opposition can go to High court , then matter will become more complex..

Courts might ask Center to give their report.   Capital marchatam antha easy kadu.. Capital and CRDA was never decided by state governament.. It was part of state divison..

 

Matter motham telusukokunda dream machine lo vundedi nuvvu....  Ask any lawyer about state divison bill and capital issue
