bofa platinum has 0 balance transfer fee and 0% apr  for 15 months , but balance transfer will happen only to existing credit card debt.I dont have any existing credit card debt

use paypal and transfer money into your checking account. 3% something untundhi fee, but that the best way to pull out the money from CC.

Just do balance transfer online and give debit card details for credit card. It worked for me many times.

But, better give some other bank debit card details. Not bofa checking account's debit card

Neeku ippudu unna cards meeda balance transfer offer untai chusuko for a 3% fee... akkada teesukunnaka Bofa meeda BT teesukoni credit cards kattesey... thats the only option with min fee

No, It comes as regular transaction. But It will only work for few thousands.
