వివేకానంద రెడ్డి హత్య కేసులో ట్విస్ట్.. జగన్ సర్కారుకు షాకిచ్చిన వివేకా కూతురు!

వైఎస్ జగన్ బాబాయి వివేకానంద రెడ్డి హత్య కేసును సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాలని కోరుతూ వివేకా కుమార్తె సునీత హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు.

వైఎస్ వివేకానంద రెడ్డి కేసులో ట్విస్ట్ చోటు చేసుకుంది. ఈ కేసును సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాలంటూ.. వివేకానంద రెడ్డి కుమార్తె సునీత హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ వేశారు. వివేకా హత్య కేసును సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాలని గతంలో వైఎస్ జగన్, వివేకా భార్య సౌభాగ్యమ్మ, ఎమ్మెల్సీ బీటెక్ రవి, మాజీ మంత్రి ఆదినారాయణ రెడ్డి హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. సునీత దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్ నాలుగోది కావడం గమనార్హం.

 

కాగా ఈ కేసును సీబీఐకి అప్పగించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే న్యాయస్థానానికి తెలిపింది. కేసు విచారణ తుది దశలో ఉందని వెల్లడించింది. ఈ నాలుగు పిటిషన్లపై నేను ధర్మాసనం విచారణ చేపట్టనుంది. ఈ కేసులో ప్రతివాదులుగా సీబీఐ, ఏపీ హోం శాఖను సునీత చేర్చారు.

ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలకు సరిగ్గా 25 రోజుల ముందు వైఎస్ వివేకానంద రెడ్డి పులివెందులలోని తన నివాసంలో దారుణ హత్యకు గురయ్యారు. ఇంట్లో నిద్రిస్తోన్న సమయంలో గుర్తు తెలియని దుండగులు ఆయన్ను కిరాతకంగా హతమార్చారు. ఈ హత్యకు టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వమే కారణమని అప్పట్లో ప్రతిపక్ష నేతగా ఉన్న జగన్ ఆరోపించారు. బాబు సర్కారు ప్రత్యేక దర్యాప్తు బృందాన్ని (సిట్) ఏర్పాటు చేయగా.. జగన్ సీబీఐతో విచారణ చేపట్టాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

సిట్ విచారణలో ఆశించిన పురోగతి లేకపోవడం, హంతకులేవరో తేల్చకపోవడంతో.. సీబీఐతో విచారణ జరిపించాలని వివేకా సతీమణి హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. ఈ కేసులో ఇప్పటివరకు 62 మంది సాక్షులను సిట్ విచారించినప్పటికీ, నేరస్థులు ఎవరనే దిశగా ఆధారాలు సేకరించలేకపోయింది.

Fresh Twist In YS Viveka Murder Case: Sunitha Names Suspects

YS Vivekananda Reddy was brutally murdered on March 15, 2019, and police have taken few suspects into custody for questioning after the incident. Special Investigation Team was overseeing the investigation into the case since then.

In a fresh twist to this yet to be concluded investigation, daughter of YS Viveka, Sunitha filed a petition in high court to hand over this case to the CBI. She also filed an RIT petition revealing a list of names of people who she feels suspicious about in YS Viveka's murder case. Sunitha did not make any kind of allegations on them, except that she named them as suspects.

Sunitha named them as suspects as per the suggestions from close friends and from people who were present at the incident.

Earlier, YS Viveka's wife Sowbhagyamma, TDP MLC Btech Ravi, Ex-Minister Adinarayana Reddy and also YS Jagan filed petitions to move this case to CBI. While the then government denied giving it to CBI as the investigation is in the last phase, present petitions will be heard in the High court on February 6.

Sunitha expressed her mistrust on AP police and questioned why the investigation is not going anywhere even with three Special investigation teams working.
