They have different packages . I get from my cousin who works for intuit . Entaku mundu she used to give for free Ippudu they have 50% discount Or so.  I buy from her as she never uses it and they go by tax consultant

I filed too In 2019 . I remember paying for state ( 2 states ) . 1 state may  be free anukunta.  .

I think you didn't choose free option which comes after completing fed and starting state in the s/w.

Last year free ga ne filed. I am not sure about multiple state filing though.
