A few years back igenerally houses in Boat club and Poes Garden were costlier than houses in Bangalore's Sadashivnagar and Indiranagar. Not sure how the prices are now. Quote

Not complaining about being expensive, but what you getting in return for it.. Congested roads, traffic snarls and water problems. Quote

You mean local trains? BMTC buses are way way better than Chennai and Mumbai buses . Connectivity is also pretty good. Quote
