Call the insurance, they will cover it but you need to pay deductible. Most of the body shop will refund the deductible if you speak with them first. Since they making profit on  fixing damages.

And I dont think it will impact your insurance too as it consider as not at-fault.

Water esi chusa.. Adhi scratch paina paint poyi lopala plastic body kanipistha undhi... 

Paint job tho set ayipoddi anukunta... Rough ga entha padachu? Say less than 1 feet x 1 feet space anuko...
