Hi bros need a advice.

trying to buy a property in gachibowli near to DFL

Property details : newly construction g+4 in 150 sq y

asking 4.2 Cr and manchi rental income undi.

is it good deal ?

What's the rental income? Also, did they regularize the building under BRS scheme?

Basically you are paying for the land 

Approximately 3 lac per square yard 🙄

Rental monthly 4lace vachina close to.bank interest 

Not sure on the community There are many villas anukunta antha budget unte in nice communities like kokapet, narsingi etc

rent 3.3L for 5 years lease and this will start from march.

I think it is a good deal. Yearly oka 40Lakhs vastayi. Oka 10 years lo you will get back all your investment and will have additional appreciation by then
