Generally speaking, formlessness is believed to be existent or can be attained in the "aroopa loka" - a world without form. In order to exist in the aroopa loka, one needs to attain the highest level of concentration by conquering infinity levels of space, thought, non-being (feeling the formlessness) and consciousness or non-consciousness. Now , if by God u mean "supreme being" , a supreme being's highest virtue is -formlessness 1 Quote
