FIRM, Extra FIRM kaavali ante IKEA cheap and The Best. 

Costco - medium firm. will get soggy in 2 to 3 years. But you can exchange if you can carry the used mattress to Costco.

Prorated basis warranty thats there in India also... They will value the old mattress and give new one at reduced price if the old one is in warranty period. It depends on Model & size taken.

 

Read about this when we bought Duroflex mattress recently. First year of warranty lo ayithe complete replacement if repair isn't possible for any manufacturing defects & from later on repair if not repairable prorated settlement.

Warranty

Duroflex Mattress is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of mentioned on the product, years from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable. Please refer Warranty Policy for further information.

Warranty Summary

Duroflex Mattresses are Warrantied against any Manufacturing Defect for a period varying from 1 to 10 Years from the date of purchase. During the First Year the Mattress will be replaced if there any Manufacturing defects as mentioned in the Warranty Card attached with Mattress. During the subsequent years a Prorated Warranty will be applicable.

nope. They give back completely. At least what I noticed. I know a family who was offered by the manager to take it back so that they can buy new at a local CostCo.

 

Another great deal with CostCo are knives. Cutco aney company yearly twice local CostCos ki vastundi.. that's the best.. for generations you can send back knives and get them replaced for new ones.. They are  sharp.
