Pills badulu my suggestion is, try healthier alternatives like tea (india lo chesinattu paaalani margabetti chese chai tea kadu), go for teas like earl grey, English breakfast, pekoe, chamomile,matcha,green tea etc.

Clarification, coffee (dark no sugar) is also very healthy. But caffine handle cheyakapote go for lighter , less acidic versions. Lekapote teas

I consume a lot of whey which is toxic in its own right. I do vitamin c and liver detox regularly tbh.

I actually used to drink coffee and tea. The reason to choose pills was to save time as well. Coffee or tea pattunkunte Adi ayye daaka daani aasvadisthu unde vadni like an artist.

anduke switched to pills. I actually Love coffee and hate pills. But as a part-time student tappaledu 😄

Filter Coffee... either bru or narasu, sometimes cothas kooda... US lo antha kanna dorakav manavi... I dont drink any other shite...
