But when the same speech is repeated again, this time by a woman representative from opposition, makes some noise. 
 

other than that, nothing is this speech is commendable. Old wine in new packaging..

is it your perception? 

w bengal is one of the fastest growing states in terms GDP and also in every growth development index.

Kollkatta is one of the best developing cities in the last 10 years as well.

Yes it is, attributing Kolkata development to TMC is not correct. Cities like Kolkata will keep growing irrespective of the government in power. I am not sure what growth development index you are referring to, they are mere average compared to other states.
