yupp 3 days water only fast. It is very hard to do but it completely cleans Ur system and mind. Testing urself anthey. Weight loss is side effect but not recommended for weight loss although I did it solely for weight loss

Diabetes is related to sugar consumption anedi myth. Carbs Aina those are broken down to sugars by our body. It doesn’t work that way 😄
