Where do u check FICO score

FICO is a scoring model and each company can have their own way of calculating credit score .  I saw my FICO in experian when I was denied as he mentioned they use experian . 

Yeah FICO uses scores from EX, TU and EQ. So, they pull out one of these scores when you apply for credit (or all of them if it’s a bigger purchase or mortgage)

People generally check their “estimated” score on Credit Karma and think that’s their credit score. But it’s generally off by 20-40 points.

Yeah . E 3 companies kuda we can check once free in a year but between companies kuda numbers are off . They use their own models anukunta .

You can free credit report on https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action (one from all three bureaus once per year). It's not a credit score, it's a complete credit report that the bureaus have on you. 

Discover shows free credit score (FICO 8 ) based on Transunion bureau data

AMEX shows free credit score (FICO 8 )based on Experian bureau data

Chase shows free credit score (Vantage 3-similar model as credit karma) based on Transunion bureau data

Citi shows free credit score (FICO 8 Bankcard) based on Equifax bureau data

Also Lexus Nexus maintains our consumer profile, usually auto insurance companies use this as a part of the auto insurance rate calculation, we can get one free report annually.

These scores vary as well. Because different lenders use different ones. So for eg. Nuvvu monna loan apply chesinappudu EX pull chesaru kada. So aa record EX valla daggare untadi. So that will put a dent on your EX score. Likewise if you apply for something else, they might pull your TU score. Appudu Adi dent padthundi, migathavi change avvavu.

Plus your credit card companies (eg. AMEX) report your credit card balance every month to these 3 agencies. So depends on when they update in each CC bureau, Adi kuda koncham effect untundi.
