Very expensive but the interiors are worst baa... bayataki avi ala kanipisthayi anthe.. lopalikelithe same desi santha with curry smell everywhere. I used to work on NYSE at one point in my life. Scouted for apartments along the waterfront many times. Newport ones are badly maintained compared to Exchange Place or Edgewater.
